Support is one-way
You can send a message in, but there is no reply channel inside this service. If you want an answer, include a way to contact you in your message. That contact detail is encrypted together with the rest of what you write.
What we can help with
- Reporting abusive or illegal content in a public space.
- Reporting a security problem or a suspected vulnerability.
- Bugs, broken features, and problems installing the app.
- Questions about how the access modes, encryption, or deletion work.
What we cannot help with
- Recovering a forgotten password. The key is derived on your device and never reaches our servers, so nobody here can decrypt the content.
- Recovering a deleted space. Deletion removes the content permanently, and the daily cleanup is not reversible.
- Reading or moderating a private space. Private content is stored only as ciphertext, so we have no technical ability to look at it, even when asked to.
- Restoring a link whose key part after the # symbol was lost.
Reporting a security issue
Please describe what you found, how to reproduce it, and what impact you think it has. Give us a reasonable window to fix the problem before making it public, and do not access, modify, or keep other people's data while testing.
Do not include secrets
Never send a password, an encryption key, or the part of a link after the # symbol in a support message. No one here needs them, and sending them would put your content at risk.

Everything you type below is encrypted in your browser with the administrator's public key before it leaves your device, contact detail included. The message sits on the server as ciphertext and only the admin panel can open it.
